Do you need a mid-year career boost?

The first half of the year is behind us, so what have you accomplished?

What is left unfinished?

How are you managing your life and work? Are they managing you?

As part of my professional self-care practice, I ask myself a list of questions mid-year. Below I have included a similar list of questions for you. I hope they will help you reflect on the past few months and set intentions for the rest of the year.

1. How are you feeling? How is your mind, body and spirit?

2. What do you need (need to change) to be your best self?

3. How connected do you feel (to your work and professional community)?

4. Who are the most influential people in your network, and how are you building and maintaining relationships?

5. How have you grown this year? What goals have you accomplished? What are you proud of? How did you celebrate your win(s)?

6. What have you spent too much time or energy on this year? And what do you want to do more and less of in the coming months?

7. What is your primary concern about the future?

8. What is holding you back? How can you overcome each of these factors?

9. What learning do you want to pursue?

10. How would you describe the second half of the year you want to have?

Asking the right career questions helps you maximize your potential. Don't miss this opportunity to have a conversation with yourself.
