What motivates you?

Monetary compensation needs to be fair, but is salary your most important motivator?

In the infographic included Simon Koerner points out key leadership behaviors that are "gifts" to our teams. If you are a team leader I hope you find it helpful, but I think this work also offers some great takeaways for the job search process.

What do you need to support your capacity to thrive professionally?

My hope is that as a practitioner or student, you can compassionately move yourself towards intuitive action and adaptation by acknowledging what you need. I invite you to take a minute to think about what motivates you.

➡️ What are your needs and priorities?

➡️ How would you rate the gifts listed and described below?

➡️ How can you use this knowledge about yourself to pursue opportunities and environments that help you be the best version of yourself (in life and work) and that activate your #growzone?
